Introduction to the world of IoT: including the internet of Bodies and cyber security

The main purpose of this article is to present the Internet of Things, with special regard to the Internet of Bodies. It aims to focus attention on future opportunities in this field while raising awareness of the challenges associated with cyber security. Advances in the Internet connection of human bodies can lead to healthier societies, which makes it extremely important to ensure adequate protection.
