The restoration of vintage vehicles will always remain a hot topic, as vehicles from the past showcase engineering solutions from the past that were often ahead of their time. These vehicles not only reveal the technology of a particular era, but also the aesthetic direction, or the design attempts to create a solution that goes beyond. This article describes the diversity of this complex task and the possibility to learn it, the training of the veteran vehicle restoration engineer at Óbuda University.
