OT-3 optoelectronic TTP
Keywords:

This paper presents the development of a novel, optoelectronic touch trigger probe (TTP) that eliminates the uncertainties of traditional contact-based systems. The new design avoids the need for high-precision optical components, offers a sensitivity around 1 µm, and ensures full compatibility with existing control systems without requiring hardware modifications.
